Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days from product delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to reject any return request and refund once your product has been received.
 
Due to the risk of fraudulent returns, we cannot accept returns and refunds of products within the following categories:
  • Booster Boxes
  • Booster Packs
  • Elite Trainer Boxes
  • Graded Cards
  • Single Cards
  • Tins
  • Signed LEGO Products
  • Sale/Discounted Items
We retain the right to refuse or accept returns on these items at our discretion. All sales of items within these categories are final.
 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Certain products are shipped with tamper proof seals and any product with the seal broken is also not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it’s original packaging, unused and in the same condition that we sold it. All orders will be subject to individual review. 
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number. Please contact our team to discuss a return via email sales@gdtcollectibles.com, providing the necessary order details. Our team will be happy to assist and provide you details on whether an order is eligible for a return/exchange. If so, they will provide instructions on how to return/exchange an item.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item to us, you must use tracked & signed shipping. Depending on the item value, it may be worth purchasing shipping insurance, as we will not be held responsible if we don’t receive your returned item safely.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  Any item not in its original sold condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund/exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to reject any return request and refund once the product is received.
 
If you are approved, a refund for the full amount (excluding postage costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We may also offer you compensation via a gift card or store discount, which you have the right to refuse.
