General
Occasionally we allow pre-orders and backorders for certain products, allowing you to prepay for when we’ve restocked or released the item. Please check the product listings for information on this.
Pokemon Products
Graded Cards are single trading cards which have been sent away to professional grading companies for authentication and condition checking. Cards are then returned from these companies with the card stored inside a plastic tamper proof case, along with a rating out of 10.

Unless stated differently on the product listing page, all Single Cards for sale are in mint or near mint condition. The majority of Single Cards have been pulled from booster packs and placed in card binders or sleeves right away to protect them from damage.
LEGO Products
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, we only sell brand new, sealed LEGO sets that are retired from the LEGO Store, or exclusive sets which are hard to find. On occasion we may sell individual figures which have been removed from sealed LEGO sets.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours after your order has been placed. We ship items using Royal Mail, who typically deliver items within 48 hours.
All orders are typically shipped directly from our store in Christchurch, UK, however for large items or expensive orders, we can offer store pickup, subject to availability.
To discuss store collection, please contact us on sales@gdtcollectibles.com before placing an order, so we can discuss this.
Please note: If you have already placed the order online, we cannot offer store collection.
Due to increased tariffs on packages, along with fraudulent orders from abroad, we are currently only accepting orders within the UK.
We aim to offer international shipping to the following locations soon:
- United States
- Canada
- Mainland Europe
For international orders, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs charges and local taxes, in order to receive their goods.
Occasionally we add tamper proof seals to products such as Single Cards, to help prevent fraud or item replacement while in transit. Each tamper proof seal has a unique code which. we record at the time of shipping to indicate if a product has been opened and/or replaced. This unfortunately is becoming necessary for online card selling due to the nature of potential swaps. If you want to return an eligible product and the tamper seal has been broken, we cannot accept a return, exchange or refund.
Returns
All items must be returned undamaged, sealed and in their original packaging through Royal Mail Tracked & Signed delivery.
